Frequently Asked Questions

How does the adoption process work?
Please fill in an application form online, if we are able to proceed with your application we will contact you to discuss your circumstances in more details. We will then arrange for you to meet us at the kennels to meet the dogs. We will do a home visit before you are able to adopt a take one of our dogs home. Dogs initially go to their homes on a home trial of a week to 2 weeks to ensure it is a good match before an actual adoption can take place.

When I come to meet the dogs, should I come alone?
Before you can adopt a dog, we will need the whole family including canine siblings to meet the dog of your choice. However it is always a good idea for the adults and canine siblings to come and meet the dogs on their own initially. If you are looking to adopt one of our dogs, we will arrange for a second meeting to include your children.

Are the dogs Neutered and Micro-Chipped?
Yes, all our dogs are neutered / spayed, micro-chipped, fully vaccinated, vet checked and flea and worm treated to date.

Do you offer rescue backup.
Yes we do, all our dogs contractually have to return to the rescue should you not be able to keep a dog, and we will find the dog a new home.
